Larger items only available for UK Delivery. (Dolls houses, Castles, Pedal Cars, Wooden Toys)
Papo figures, Russian Dolls, and other smaller items available for world wide deliver.
All products ordered are despatched within 3 working days. If there is going to be any delay in the despatch of your order we will notify you by either email or telephone.
Privacy Policy:
We do not pass your personal details to any third parties, this includes your email address. You may from time to time receive promotional information from our selves with regards to items we think you might be interested in. You will never receive spam or junk mail from us.
Returns Policy :
In the event of you not being entirely satisfied with your product you may contact us to arrange the return and replacement of your product. Return of the product is your responsibility, in the event of a replacement product being required you will have to pay additional carriage fees, in the event of a refund being required we will refund the amount you were charged for the product. We reserve the right to offer you a credit note in place of a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as stated in the consumers act.
Additional Notes:
We reserve the right to remove any item for sale at any time. In the event of incorrect details of a product being listed we will endevour to find a solution that suits both parties involved, but we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale and offer you a full refund.
